Introduction:Born in 1959, Huang Haoyun earned a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Science and Technology University of Shanxi in 1982. In 1987 he went on to earn a MBA at the South Western Financial and Economic University of Sichuan. Mr. Haoyun was awarded a Ph.D. assistantship at West Virginia University in the United States in 1993, but decided instead to remain China and establish Beijing Victory. He has mastered the English language and lives in Beijing with his wife and daughter.
